The competition entry must be submitted in digital form, A3 landscape, covering 6 pages maximum, and include:
Names and presentation of the team members
This note will detail the competencies of the different team members and name one of them as the team’s representative, giving that person’s full contact details (postal address, e-mail address, telephone number).
A note outlining the interest in and understanding of the subject
In this note, the team will outline, first of all, its interest in the subject and, secondly, describe the issue it would like to deal with on the site.
This part of the entry presents references, research, a bibliography on the subject or any other document demonstrating an interest in the study subject. The references may be specific to the work done by members of the team or come from other comparable sites (mention sources).
For each team member, the following must also be provided:
- a scanned copy of an identity document with a photo;
- a scanned copy of:
- certificate evidencing a qualification in urban design legally recognised in the person’s country of origin, or failing that,
- references evidencing interventions in the public domain (press article, exhibition, etc.).
Each team must return, completed and signed, the competition rules acceptance form, which can be downloaded from the website here.
